Guided Trail Rides
Choose from 45-minute or 75-minute experiences that include 15 minutes in the corral and 30 minutes or 1 hour of guided horseback riding time through open meadows, ponderosa pine forests, and scenic stretches along the Deschutes River. Along the way, enjoy sweeping views of Mt. Bachelor and surrounding landscapes.

Treat your little ones to a fun and memorable 5–7 minute pony ride, hand-led by our wranglers in an enclosed corral. A perfect introduction to horses for young riders.
Pony Rides are offered on a walk-up basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

A great next step for riders who aren't quite ready for the trail. These hand-led rides take place in our enclosed corral and offer time aboard a full-size horse.
Corral Rides are offered daily on a walk-up basis from May 23 through Sept 6th.

Spend a day behind the scenes learning what it takes to be a horse wrangler. This one-person experience includes riding time and participation in daily ranch activities.
Wrangler Immersion Camp is available on Wednesday’s and Friday’s starting June 24th.

Plan Your Visit
In the summer, Sunriver Trail Rides operates from Sunriver Stables at Sunriver Resort, offering horseback riding, pony rides, corral rides, and wrangler experiences. In the winter, our horse-drawn sleigh rides depart from the lawn behind the Sunriver Resort lodge.
You do not need to be a guest of Sunriver Resort to enjoy our rides!
